Veteran’s Housing Case Management Program
Have you ever served or trained in the Canadian military or the RCMP and are in need of housing support?
Our case manager offers services to help you access or maintain stable housing.
Our case manager will :
- Meet with clients, assess their housing needs, and support them in their search for housing;
- Identify and provide the necessary support to help clients stabilize and maintain their housing.
